OVERVIEW
Presenting case study of corporate identity design for Hire at Ease:
Hire At Ease recognizes the true worth of time of an HR professional. It endeavors to enable HR professionals to apply themselves fully in contributing to carve out growth paths for their organizations. The target audience is HR professionals, HR Managers in IT Products, IT Services & Consulting, IT Enabled Services, and Startups.

At Think Design, Identity Design program starts with establishing clear definition of project objectives. Our truly multi-disciplinary team works on brain storming and ideation, with clear cut objectives to pursue.
Further, with our expertise and experience in adapting identity to different media, we look at the entire offering from a systems perspective: From identity/ monogram to color options, from stationery to adaptation on different media, from showcasing the Brand/ Company to target users to Looking at it from the perspective of common users … we follow a clear research path in order to validate our assumptions.
SELECTED ITERATION
Post presenting few iteration, Client selected most logical option to go with, with the help from Think Design personnel. The logo was communicated to target audience and feedback was compiled.
Colors were selected from a palette generated considering the environment of users in the particular segment. Grey and blue came as clear winners.
INITIAL BRIEFING
Client required identity to be in 2 color with formal look and feel, to appeal to target segment. The tag line to be added was “We are your hiring team”. We suggested that the logo be in a geometric block, to be identified with cubicles commonly found in IT offices.

‘Plus’ indicates cubicles, where Hire at Ease is in one of the cube representing clients’ hiring team. Plus symbol also indicates addition - adding people to the teams/company with perspective of growth.
