Head of Industrial Design Team at Delhi office of Think Design, An Industrial Designer from National Institute of Design (NID) and Architect from JNTU. Has an experience of 7 years in product development and design management.

Hari earlier worked with Anchor electricals, world’s largest switch manufacturer and played pivotal role in design development of two of their premium ranges of Electrical accessories. He was a key player in setting up design department at Anchor.

Rama Bramham Aleti

Director, Head of UX Design

Rama Brahmam currently heads the User Experience Design at Hyderabad Office, Think Design. A New Media Designer from National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad and Applied Arts from JNTU, Hyderabad. He has over 6 years of experience in User Experience Design, Design Management and in implementing UI design goals. His strengths are project planning, execution and he is an excellent team motivator.

Rama has earlier worked and associated with companies like Microsoft India R&D, YASU Technologies, Veritas Corporation and Pramati Technologies.

At Think Design Rama Brahmam managed various projects involving financial applications, award winning desktop & web applications, embedded software designs, brand standardization, exhibitions and packaging design projects. He had conducted workshops on UI design and Usability.

Deepali Saini

Director, Head of Design & Admin

Head of Design and Administration, an Industrial Designer from National Institute of Design (NID) and Architect from Punjab University. Deepali has an experience of 7 years in Industrial Design and Design management. She heads finance and administration apart from being involved in Design process. She plays a pivotal role at Think Design in Project planning, Project budgeting and Strategy.

• Gold Medalist in Undergraduate studies.
• Scholarship student from NID, further went on to study at ENSI, Paris for a semester exchange program.
• Joint Winner in Opus International Eyewear design competition, 2003
