the need

Client needed a website Ideal for a recruitment / small business in career services. This website design had to contain everything related to jobs and professional careers. The website had to be designed keeping in view the client base of the company, which ranges from MNC’s to Hi-tech startups.

Requirements

Complete functional website incorporating all the features.
New brand and Identity for the company online.
New UI and look & feel different from other websites of same domain.
Focused navigation on the features and services.
Quick reference of the users requirement.
Corporate look and feel with new experience.

HOW WERE THE NEEDS MET?

Think Design started the project with a detailed questionnaire to the client, seeking clarity in terms of the Target user. This approach helped us prioritize points that are crucial for designing this website.

In the initial stages of design, Think Design made a survey by interviewing the employees, preparing questionnaire’s, teleconferencing, to Know more about their internal expectations. Focused competition analysis was conducted to identify crucial opportunities.

This was followed by Design phase, where all the information was gathered to form a flow of services of the site. Freezing the Information flow enabled us consolidate navigation design which helped us to design the mockups.

Starting with low fidelity mockups for client review, we moved on to the high fidelity mockups to generate a complete flow of the website.

Finally, navigation design, site map and visual design activity resulted in comprehensive design of the website.
