Visiontek is one of the Leading brands in India the arena of Coin operated Pay phones, with pan India presence. The company has been facing serious competition from local players at the time Think Design was asked to intervene.
The challege was to refresh looks of their exisiting Payphone without major investments - Think Design proposed to perceived value of the product through a very simple intervention: Redesign of Label. Since the product already had a signinficant label area to work on, this approach proved feasible and immediately implementable

PRODUCT views
Think Design worked on refining the icons so they become bolder and more intuitive, grouped similar icons and re-defined the backgrounds for better contrast and visibility. Furthere, the entire product was given a face-lift through applying electronic product like design cues thus improving perceived value of the product.
Visiontek significantly gained visibility as well as superior positioning against the competition. As a result, company gained broder base of clientele.
