Edu linked is a web application that engages students, tutors and parents world wide. This application helps students to make friends, meet tutors, rate the tutors and lessons, get material, apply for colleges, meet consultants and thus reach their goals easily and effectively.

need
Client needed an application that incorporates all the needs and functionalities that were mentioned in the project overview document. An overview document defined application purpose and key features that were to be developed as part of the assignment.
problem
Based on the overview document, brainstorming was done intensively to understand the features and functions. Comprehensive question and answer sessions with client revealed latent vision of the project and client. During this a parallel study was made on applications of similar kind and eventually design process started after receiving the detailed specification document.
sOLUTION
Designing the interface started with understanding of the project brief, followed by information grouping. Eventually paper prototyping started to understand the flow of tasks.
After multiple reviews and refinement, the navigational structure was frozen enabling us to do the mockups. Mockups for entire flow were developed and parallel review was conducted to check minor usability issues.
Finally, visual design was activated along with the icons and necessary UI elements. FINAL DESIGN
