TMS - TERMINAL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

Terminal Management System (TMS) is a versatile application software, that enables effortless remote management of a huge network of payment terminals. TMS also helps in facilitating communication with merchants through an easy to use interface. Hence configuring, updating and analyzing terminals with settings, changes and state can be done simultaneously from any remote location.

DESIGN PROCESS

Entire application was designed and developed by Think Design considering various parameters like user profiling, task analysis and navigation by user centered design process (UCD)

DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS

Application was designed considering users' demographics, familiarity with such applications and parallel applications. The typical user being a business user, Think Design considered an interface in the lines of MS Outlook for the purpose of making the navigation intuitive.

TMS Finel

Design gives user the convenience of enabling & disabling options based on user selection, clear indication of state and consistent look & feel.

Wireframes were used for iterative process and tested with users. Based on the feedback from user testing, certain features and navigation were improved.
