English To UML is a CASE tool to help you think about class models as simple English sentences, hence forth referred to as easy access facts. It supports a new and rigorous Fact Oriented Analysis Method that makes business analysts, software architects and programmers to easily use English to build better quality UML class models.

WHAT DID THE CLIENT NEED?

Client approached Think Design to solve User experience flaws in the application and provide with a more efficient experience, within the available resources.

Main focus areas were: Client, initially broadened our understanding by giving a walkthrough of the application, explaining the features and functionalities. Based on our understanding we were requested to start the design process and provide with best possible outcome.

SOLUTION

As per the recommendations, our team started with a thorough usability audit of the application, since this is one of the fastest and easiest ways to find usability issues within an application. This audit was conducted to measure the intuitiveness of interface and design.

As a deliverable, we made a report with summaries of findings and observations, suggestions and recommendations for quick and practical improvement.

Next challenge was to provide with best interaction. Creating enhanced interactivity is a proven way to improve User experience. We started Interaction design to decrease navigation issues and increase efficiency in processes. Consolidating all the processes, Visual design started on the lines of the screen flow. Since the product was already developed, we incorporated our new UX flow with similar visual style in more effectively.
