Client approached Think Design with the task of redesigning existing application with new user experience and interface. Primary task was to see that the application structure as per specification document is maintained and an all new experience, designed and developed.

DESIGN PROCESS
Initial efforts went in getting a comprehensive of application, its functionality, target users, mindsets, skill level of users, usage scenarios and opportunity mapping. Later, we started the project with a full dress study of the application.
UX Review: This stage ended in experts from Think Design reviewing the existing application and prime areas of concern.
UX Design: Navigation structure, use cases and scenarios
UI Design: Design of user interfaced based on finalized navigational structure
Visual Design: Refinements, enhancements, detail level screens, visual elements, identity,
color charts etc.,
RESULT
Think Design’s stringent process-centric approach helped client realize product in a short span of time. The final screens were reviewed by target users and results were satisfactory. The new application has enhanced user experience, rich visual design, smooth navigational structure and flexibility to customize.
